Velocity Title brings together two established and reputable MD title companies, Gateway Title and Legends Title. Gateway’s former owner, Christina Garvey Berman, and Legends’ former owner, G. Russell Donaldson, Esq., joined forces to create a unique title company that provides clients with the most streamlined closing processes possible.
